The Itasca and Whitney offices are open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Whitney office is also open Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

All offices process payments for HILCO Electric, HILCO Propane, HILCO H₂O, Files Valley Water Supply Corporation, Hilltop Water Supply Corporation, and Avalon Water Supply and Sewer Service Corporation.
